We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.

All items from The Slice Shop are made to order. Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or defective products and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please email sliceshop@slice.com and include a clear photo of the issue (and, if applicable, a single photo showing all affected items). Approved claims will receive a free replacement or a refund, and the damaged item does not need to be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, buyer’s remorse, or minor print placement variations, which are considered normal. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
